Being responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of various architectural projects, this role combines technical drawings, design skills, creativity and attention to detail. Day to day, this would look like:
· Receiving concepts, applications and documents and producing technical designs and drawings
· Using software such as AutoCAD and REVIT
· Attending and leading client meetings
· Conducting site visits to assess projects and liaise with the clients
· Working on small-scale and large-scale commercial and residential projects
· Developing final proposals and coordinating with engineers, contractors and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution
