About The Company:
A respected Charity Organisation based in the heart of Surrey, they have a fantastic reputation locally and are highly regarded in their area.
The Role:
They are looking for an experienced Finance Manager to join. In this role, you will be reporting into the CEO and leading a small, dedicated team of professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Working closely with the CEO and Finance Team to ensure the smooth running of the finance function
- Producing accurate and detailed monthly management accounts for the Group
- Partnering with Non-Financial Stakeholders across the organisation
- Developing and guiding the finance department with supportive leadership
Desirable Skills:
- Qualified Accountant (AAT/ACA/ACCA/CIMA)
- Previous experience in Not-For-Profit Organisations
- Demonstrable knowledge of SORP standards
