My client, a well-established and highly respected national law firm consistently recognised in the Legal 500, is seeking a motivated and forward-thinking legal professional to lead their Private Client team based in their attractive Brighton offices. About the Role:
The Private Client team in Brighton is looking for an energetic and innovative leader to revitalise the practice and drive growth. The team currently includes dedicated fee-earners and support staff, providing expert services to clients across the region.

This role is ideal for an ambitious solicitor with approximately 3+ years’ PQE who is eager to advance towards partner level. My client prioritises a positive mindset and drive, seeking an individual who can inject fresh ideas, leadership, and enthusiasm to develop the team and broaden the client base.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide leadership and direction to the Private Client team in Brighton, nurturing a collaborative and motivated working environment.
Design and implement growth strategies to enhance the Private Client offering and deepen client relationships.
Support and mentor team members, encouraging continuous professional growth and high standards.
Identify new business opportunities and build a strong pipeline within the Private Client market.
Collaborate effectively with colleagues across other departments to deliver comprehensive client solutions.

Candidate Profile:
Qualified solicitor with around 3+ years’ PQE, ideally with Private Client or related experience.
Proven leadership qualities with the ability to inspire and manage a growing team.
Ambitious and entrepreneurial with a clear commitment to progressing to partner level.
Strong communication and client relationship management skills.
Experience or familiarity with Private Client work is essential; previous leadership experience is a plus.
