About the Role:
As a Legal Secretary in our Conveyancing Department, you will provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to fee earners. You’ll be the key point of contact for clients, colleagues, and estate agents, ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the department.
Key Responsibilities:
Accurate audio and copy typing
Managing client communication – updating clients and handling enquiries
General administrative tasks including photocopying, scanning, and filing
Opening and closing case files
Inputting and managing data on the firm’s case management system
What We’re Looking For:
Fast and accurate typing skills
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage a busy workload and prioritise effectively
Excellent communication skills, both over the phone and in person
Exceptional attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
