My client, a modern multi-specialist law firm, is seeking an experienced Residential Property Lawyer to join their growing property team in Tunbridge Wells offices.

This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor, licensed conveyancer, or legal executive with 1+ years PQE in residential property who is looking to manage their own caseload and develop their career within a supportive, forward-thinking environment.

About the Role:
Handle a wide range of residential property matters including freehold, leasehold, new builds, shared ownership, and land transactions.
Liaise with clients, estate agents, and financial advisors, explaining complex legal matters clearly and professionally.
Oversee financial processes, including cashflow management, collection of monies on account, billing, and accurate conveyancing quotations.
Meet targets for time recording, billing, and cost recovery.
Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring excellent client care at all times.
Participate in marketing initiatives, networking, and business development opportunities.
Experience in commercial property is a plus but not essential.


Skills & Qualifications:
Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or Legal Executive with 1+ years PQE in residential property.
Proven ability to manage property conveyancing matters independently.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain a high level of attention to detail.
