Overview
We are seeking a driven and proactive Property Manager/Administrator to join our dynamic team at Woolwich Arsenal. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of property management activities, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining accurate records. The ideal candidate must possess strong administrative skills and a keen eye for detail, contributing to the overall success of our property management operations.

Job Role
To manage a portfolio of residential properties, ensuring they are maintained to a high standard, tenants’ needs are met, and all legal and contractual obligations are fulfilled efficiently and professionally.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage day-to-day operations of a property portfolio including maintenance, inspections, and tenant relations
• Respond promptly to tenant queries and maintenance requests
• Instruct and manage contractors and suppliers
• Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations, fire safety, and other legal requirements
• Organise and carry out periodic property inspections
• Manage tenancy lifecycles: check-ins, renewals, and check-outs
• Oversee rent collection and arrears management
• Maintain accurate records and prepare regular reports for clients or senior management
• Liaise with landlords, tenants, agents, and contractors as needed
Skills & Experience Required
• experience in property management (residential) desirable but not essential
• Driving license
• Strong knowledge of landlord and tenant law, HMO licensing, and property legislation (desirable but not essential)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in property management software. (Desirable but not essential)
• ARLA or TPI qualification (desirable but not essential)
Qualifications
• GCSEs or equivalent (essential)
• Relevant property or facilities management qualifications (desirable)
