Overview

A friendly and well-established business in Tunbridge Wells is seeking a skilled Accounts Payable professional to join their team on a part-time basis. Working between 15-20 hours per week, this role offers flexibility around your schedule and the chance to work in a supportive, welcoming environment.

You’ll be responsible for managing the supplier payment process from start to finish, handling sub-contractor invoices, and managing CIS returns, alongside general finance admin duties.

Pay is between £14-£16 per hour depending on experience/qualifications.

Duties

Match and process supplier invoices for payment
Resolve invoice queries promptly with suppliers
Process sub-contractor invoices accurately and in line with requirements
Send CIS certificates and complete CIS returns
Perform bank reconciliations
Provide ad-hoc administrative support to the finance team

What we’re looking for

A successful candidate for this role will have prior experience in Accounts Payable, strong organisational skills, and excellent attention to detail. Knowledge of CIS processes are desirable.
