As part of a team, you will play a crucial role in the delivery of service to existing clients. Duties might range:-
Acting as lead point of contact by phone and email for key clients, to handle queries, provide advice on products and organise orders.
Conducting yearly and ad hoc customer contract reviews via video-call and in-person meetings.
Producing reports for customer meetings.
Generating bespoke quotes.
Placing orders with suppliers.
And much more!

This is a great role for someone who enjoys using their people skills and personality to deliver amazing customer experiences.
