Day-to-day you will work on a combination of individual and team-based projects to execute a first line compliance monitoring programme. Duties:-
- Process auditing, mapping, review and design;
- Policy analysis and improvement;
- File auditing;
- Transaction monitoring, investigating and resolving/escalating compliance issues;
- Regulatory research and implementation;
- Identifying training needs and implementing plans for training / compliance L&D;
- Project roll out.
Full Time Mon-Fri role
£up to 55,000
