Marketing Assistant
£30-£35k + 7.5% bonus

Purpose of Role:
L4V is seeking a creative Marketing Assistant to support our growing security solutions business and assist the Marketing Manager to implement our marketing strategy across relevant media platforms. The successful candidate will have a key role in the development and execution of marketing materials in the various target sectors to support the L4V Business Plan. The role will typically assume responsibility for certain new business generation initiatives resulting in L4V cross-functional liaison.
Main responsibilities
• Produce design creative to support Marketing action plan, in the appropriate format for social media deployment and produce metrics.
• Create advertising and awareness materials in both print and digital formats to support the Product Launch plan.
• Create PR content to grow L4V brand share of voice in the relevant business sectors
• Oversee the management and maintenance of the L4V website to ensure content is current and engaging.
• Support events programme to generate sales leads using creative materials to communicate product attributes and customer benefits
• Liaise with external and internal customers to achieve the Marketing Team objectives, maintain records, and collate data to support the reporting of metrics / KPI performance.
The skills and characteristics required in this role
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or related field.
• 1-3 years’ experience in Marketing, Digital Marketing.
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills
• Competent user of social media platforms in business environment including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram.
• Experience in creating content using Adobe Creative Suite including InDesign, Photoshop and Premiere Pro.
• Experience in using website Content Management Systems and email automation tools such as Mailchimp.
• Understands reporting software like Google Analytics and Meta Business suite.
• Collaboration and teamwork skills: the ability to listen and contribute in a team, and to anticipate where your skills might be useful.
• Commitment to personal and career development -undertake training, learn from colleagues and build a rewarding career in marketing.
Salary £30-£35k + 7.5% bonus, 25 days holiday per annum and death in service benefit.
