Warehouse Operative - Split Shift 📍

Sittingbourne | £12.21 per hour | Temp to Perm Opportunity

Hays Recruitment is currently seeking a reliable and hard-working warehouse operative to join our client's logistics team based in Sittingbourne. This is a temporary role. With the potential to become permanent for the right candidate.

🕒 Shift Pattern:This is a weekly rotating split shift:

* Week 1: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM
* Week 2: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM
(Monday to Friday only - no weekends!)

💼 Key Responsibilities:

* Working on a fast-paced production line
* Sorting and separating quality goods from defective items
* Packing products efficiently and accurately
* Moving and organising stock within the warehouse

💰 Pay Rate:

* £12.21 per hour (paid weekly)

✅ What We're Looking For:

* Previous warehouse or production experience is desirable but not essential.
* A strong work ethic and attention to detail
* Ability to work both shifts on a rotating basis
* Reliable and punctual with a team-focused attitude.
