NOVO FLOORING LTD – JUNIOR PROJECT MANAGER

Established Flooring Business requires a Junior Project Manager to join our friendly team in East Peckham working within the New Build/Construction industry.

Duties will include:
• Coordinate the entire process of floor installation, from planning to execution
• Schedule and track timelines and milestones
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
• Resolve project issues and handle any on-site emergencies
• Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/developers
• Report and escalate to management as needed
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation

• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Be highly organised to ensure processes are running smoothly and be able to multitask
• Be able to co-ordinate work carried out by different people and organisations
• Be able to work as part of a team and on their own initiative
• Be decisive and able to work well under pressure
• Self-motivated with an eye for detail
• Ability to prioritise workload
• Must hold full, valid UK driving licence

Work Pattern
• Monday – Friday 6.30am to 3.00pm (varies)

• Salary circa 30k - depending on experience
