We are seeking an experienced Construction Buyer to manage the procurement of materials, plant, and subcontractor services. You'll play a key role in ensuring our projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities:

* Source and procure materials and services in line with project requirements
* Negotiate prices, terms, and delivery schedules with suppliers and subcontractors
* Build and maintain strong supplier relationships
* Monitor market trends and identify cost-saving opportunities
* Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures
* Work closely with project managers, site teams, and estimators

✅ Requirements:

* Proven experience as a buyer in the construction industry
* Strong knowledge of building materials and supply chains
* Excellent negotiation and communication skills
* Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and procurement software
* Full UK driving licence (preferred)
