As part of their continued success, their events team is expanding, and they are looking for a talented Event Manager to join their vibrant and ambitious team. If successful……
You will play a pivotal role in the planning, management, and execution of high-impact events. You’ll be responsible for managing your own portfolio of events from the initial handover right through to on-the-ground delivery and post-event wrap-up.
- Planning, coordinating, and overseeing every aspect to ensure smooth and successful delivery.
- Working closely with sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure each event aligns with the company’s objectives.
- Handling events in different regions, ensuring all logistics and operations are managed efficiently.
- Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure all events run seamlessly, and everyone involved is aligned with the vision and goals.
- Evaluate post-event success, using feedback to continuously improve processes and maintain the highest standards in event delivery.

Ideally, you’ll have….
- Previous experience in event management, project management, or event coordination.
- The ability to manage multiple events simultaneously, handling everything from planning to execution.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to build strong relationships with both colleagues and clients.
- A proactive and solution-focused approach, with the ability to troubleshoot and manage challenges on the go.
- A passion for delivering high-quality events and creating outstanding attendee experiences.
