We are working with a leading company in the electrical engineering sector, dedicated to innovation and excellence. The team designs and manufactures high quality cable and harness solutions for diverse clients. Offering a comprehensive benefits package, including 25 days of holiday plus bank holidays, with two company shutdowns per year (Christmas and the last week in August, totalling 8 days). Key Responsibilities
1 Assist in all aspects of Electrical Engineering manufacture.
2 Collaborate with engineering and marketing teams to design, prototype, and document cable and harness solutions.
3 Define, document, and manage verification procedures for new cables and harnesses.
4 Participate in new product introduction, including peer and stage reviews.
5 Write technical documentation, including work instructions, reports, and specifications.
6 Visit customers and suppliers as required (full driving license and valid passport needed).
Qualifications:
* Desirable: Electronic Engineering Qualifications (NVQ/HNC/HND or Equivalent).
Experience:
* Desirable: Soldering and cable/harness manufacture experience (IPC training provided).
Skills & Abilities:
* Effective communicator, both written and oral.
* Proficient with MS Office Packages.

Ideal Candidate:
Passionate about Electrical Engineering with a wire based hobby or tinkering interest. Basic understanding of electrical concepts preferred. Training Provided.
