A General Income Recovery Officer job has become available at one of the UK's leading managed service providers in Bromley. You will be joining the Collections and Recovery Team providing a full collection and debt recovery service for both the private and public sectors, with the opportunity to be hybrid working.
As a General Income Recovery Officer, your key tasks and responsibilities include, making proactive telephone calls regarding recovery or payments, tracing missing debtors via tracing agency, ThreeSixty or any other available systems while managing your diary of debts or any proactive recoveries with a main focus on Social Care Debts. Ensuring all work and recovery actions are up-to-date on the relevant systems, for example Aspien Debt Management and to be sure that all work processed is compliant with SLAs, regulatory and audit requirements to support our service delivery to our clients.

What you'll need to succeed

- Fluent in English (both written and spoken).

- Previous debt recovery and/or credit control experience.

- Flexible and adaptable in dynamic environments.

- Confident speaking on the phone

- clear and effective.- Good IT skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.

- Actively contributes as a team member and assists colleagues when needed.

- Attention to detail in producing high-quality and accurate documentation.

- Self-motivated and experienced in meeting agreed-upon targets.
