Join our reputable and highly successful client as an Internal Sales Administrator on a full time, permanent basis. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic role where each day will be different and play a key part within the business by supporting the back-office functions of their Sales team to process complex applications.

Key Duties:
* Provide excellent administration support across various teams within the business.
* Ensure prompt and accurate responses to all calls, enquiries, and correspondence from external introducers.
* Maintain relationships with external introducers and maximise the business opportunities from these relationships.
* Extracting information and reporting from an in-house CRM system, updating and collating information across multiple departments
Ideal candidate:
* Intermediate IT skills, Excel and Word are essential.
* Knowledge of CRM advantageous
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
* Proactive approach to problem solving.
* Ability to prioritise workloads and meet deadlines
