Our client are seeking a talented and experienced Architect to join their team just outside of Uckfield. As a p2 Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of various residential architectural projects. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong technical skills, creativity, and attention to detail.

This role is situated within a team of passionate and likeminded individuals, you will have the opportunity to learn from others in your field and progress your career within this company.

The role is Hybrid based with Just 2 days in the office or more if desired.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, goals, and budget for the project
- Create architectural designs using software such as REVIT and AutoCAD
- Develop detailed drawings, blueprints, and specifications for construction
- Conduct site visits to assess the feasibility of the project and ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure smooth project execution
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior architects and interns

The candidate:

- Driving license and access to car due to remote location of the office
- Part 2 qualification
- Experience working in an architectural practice as a Part 2 architect
- Proficiency in REVIT and AutoCAD
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction methods
- Experience in project management and coordination
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment

Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite for graphic design purposes
- Experience with CAD software for drafting and modeling
