My client is a leading consultancy for Employee Benefits and Financial Planning looking after over 400 corporate clients and 25,000 employees across the UK. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing organisation based in Tunbridge Wells. Thanks to their continued success we are recruiting for an exciting, entry level opportunity for the right person to join their team in a role with huge future potential. You will receive continuous, comprehensive on the job training in the role and also be part of their 2-3 year professional development program.After successfully completing the programme you will be able to choose from 3 roles where you will earn between £40,000 - £60,000 salary with OTE of £60,000 - £90,000.

You will support existing clients and help to acquire new clients by;

- Providing outstanding customer support to corporate clients and their employees
- Producing new business proposals for a team of Employee Benefit consultants
- Compiling scheme renewals, benefit reviews and strategy reports for clients
- Developing and learning the skills needed to become a successful consultant

Qualifications and Experience:

- Degree or A Levels
- Experience and qualifications in Financial Services desirable but not essential
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint)
