My client is a leading consultancy for Employee Benefits and Financial Planning looking after over 400 corporate clients and 25,000 employees across the UK. Thanks to their continued success we are recruiting for an exciting, entry level opportunity for the right person to join their team in a role with huge future potential. You will receive continuous, comprehensive on the job training in the role and also be part of their 2-3 year professional development program.After successfully completing the programme you will be able to choose from 3 roles where you will earn between £40,000 - £60,000 salary with OTE of £60,000 - £90,000.

You will support existing clients and help to acquire new clients by;

- Providing outstanding customer support to corporate clients and their employees
- Producing new business proposals for a team of Employee Benefit consultants
- Compiling scheme renewals, benefit reviews and strategy reports for clients
- Developing and learning the skills needed to become a successful consultant

Qualifications and Experience:

- Degree or A Levels
- Experience and qualifications in Financial Services desirable but not essential
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint)
