An Office Manager job opportunity working for a thriving business that's based in Maidstone. Duties:
* Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the office
* Supervise and provide guidance to administrative staff
* Maintain office efficiency by planning and implementing office systems, layouts, and equipment procurement
* Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
* Handle incoming calls and emails, ensuring professional phone etiquette and timely responses
* Assist with human resources tasks such as employee on boarding, benefits administration, and payroll coordination
* Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
* Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for management and staff
* Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as required
* Perform general clerical duties including filing, photocopying, scanning, and data entry
