We have a fantastic opportunity for a Embedded Software Design Engineer to join a leading manufacturer within the Engineering team. You will be contributing to the full design lifecycle of the products manufactured.

You will be able to self-manage projects to timescales, be a practical problem solver, have keen eye for detail and communication effectively.

Responsibilities

* Developing software solutions.
* Writing PC software for testing and end user application coded using C# and Microsoft's Visual Studio.
* Creating C programming language solutions.
* Document designs and maintain records in line with procedures.
* Support internal and external customers with any issues.
* Interacting with external suppliers when required.

Essential skills

* Engineering/ Computer Science degree or equivalent.
* Experience of developing C programming language.
* Experience of working with embedded microcontrollers.
