Our client is a relaxed high street solicitors practice with offices in Medway, North Kent, Tunbridge Wells and Sussex (this role will be based just outside of T.Wells)

You will be either a Lawyer, Legal Executive, Trusts Manager or Solicitor with experience dealing with Probate & Estate matters, LPAs, Wills, Elderly Client work and providing advice to clients on IHT & CGT matters. Any experience with Trusts would be an advantage.

You will be joining a Private Client department of 4 staff and will have the benefit of some secretarial support although individuals should be IT literate and have experience with Case management systems.

The role offers either Full or Part-Time working and allows for some home/remote working (days TBC).
