Are you a NQ+ Commercial Property Solicitor or lawyer based in Sussex and looking for a new challenge offering firm Profit Share ?
Our client is an established Mid Sussex 5 Partner practice offering the successful individual flexibility to work from home along with a firm wide profit share.
You will be part of a small Commercial team working closely alongside the firms Residential Property department having the benefit of some secretarial support.
Work will include the sale/purchase and transfer of property, business premises/land which includes retail units, public houses, hotels, offices and industrial units. Some experience with Development work or general commercial matters including Share/Asset sales and IP work. Firms clients vary from private individuals, investors, corporate clients, funds and banks/lenders.
