CUSTOMER SERVICE ADVISOR

Salary £25000 to £27000 per annum according to skills and experience excellent benefits package including extra holiday – flexible working hours and childcare schemes. Monday to Friday.

Car owner required due to rural location. Lovely offices and friendly small team.

Our established product supply company are looking for someone to join their customer services team and help with the development and business growth of their customers and support delivery of an excellent service in a fast-paced professional environment.

Required Experience

1+ year experience in Customer Services role.Delivering exemplary customer services.Demonstrable personal growth and development from previous roles / experiences.Worked as part of a team managing multiple activities.Timely and accurate Order & Quote processing, into systemsFirst class handling and resolution of Customer Services Queries.Timely and accurate management of Returns.Pro-active management of Re-deliveries.Customer Services inbound phone calls to be answered promptly.Timely and accurate web order quality checking.Any late lines will be communicated ahead of the promised date.
Happy to work to key performance indicators.
