Our client, a well established company, is looking for someone to join their lively and upbeat team of Customer Service Administrators where you will have the opportunity to speak with existing customers nurturing those relationships, adivising them, and doing related administration.

Will be a valued member of the company in this role, contributing to the overall success of the company!

*Phone handling experience of any kind is a must for this role!*

Your day to day duties can include:

Taking calls from existing clients, nurturing relationships and answering queries
Providing relevant and up to date information
Administration for the customers, processing paperwork
Ad-hoc administrative duties
Liaising with the different departments to provide the best customer care
