£26,500 - £38,500 per year
My client is looking for a candidate to join their friendly and rapidly growing Engineering Support team. My client is seeking a dedicated Business Support Administrator to play a crucial role in maintaining the smooth operations of their dynamic organisation. In this fast-paced administrative position, you will handle a diverse range of tasks while gaining invaluable skills and enjoying competitive salary and benefits.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform various administrative tasks efficiently to support day-to-day operations.
• Assist in managing schedules.
• Maintain and organise documents, files, and records with precision and confidentiality.
• Coordinate and communicate effectively.
• Handle incoming calls and emails, directing inquiries to the appropriate department.
• Support team members with ad-hoc tasks and projects as required.
• Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment.
Qualifications
• Previous administrative experience is desirable but not mandatory.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
