Reed Accountancy & Finance is currently supporting our Maidstone-based client who is looking for a Purchase Ledger Clerk to support them with a 2-month temporary assignment to cover long-term sickness.
The ideal Purchase Ledger Clerk would need to be able to show the relevant experience obtained from a similar role with the below duties:
The Purchase Ledger Clerk duties:
*Process Purchase Ledger invoices
*Match PO Numbers to invoices
*Investigate invoices and query any anomalies
*Prepare invoices for payment
*Match, batch and code invoices
*Update and reconcile customer accounts
If you are able to show experience as a Purchase Ledger Clerk including invoice processing, can commit to an office-based position, and are available immediately for an ongoing temporary assignment then please apply!
