* Location: Ashford in new modern offices, with a central town location, free parking and close to public transport, shops and food outlets
* Hybrid working: 3 days in the office (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday), 2 from home (Wednesday and Friday)
* Flexibility: Start time between 8am and 10am, finish time between 4pm and 6pm, to be agreed in advance with Line Managers
* Hours: 8 hour day, 7.5 + 0.5 lunch break
* Salary: £38,000 - £42,000
* Pension: 5% EE/5% ER
* Bonus: Discretionary 5% based on Company achievement of targets

* Annual leave: 25 days annual leave + the bank holidays

Department: You'll be working as part of the Commercial team.

Your key responsibilities:

* Working closely with the Marketing Manager to develop efficient and sound marketing plans.
* Working cross functionally to assist in the successful launching of new products.
* Managing external databases to ensure all product information is current and kept up to date.
* Working with the senior leadership team and commercial team to optimise the use of social media and website content to deliver appropriate corporate messaging to raise awareness of the business and enhance reputation.
* Organising and managing external events including trade shows in the UK and Ireland.
* Preparing document briefs and liaising with third party agencies for the creation of new product information, managing version control and distribution.
* Marketing administration duties including proof reading, managing enquiries from a variety of internal and external sources, compiling reports and presentations when required.
* Market research activities to gather insights to better understand competitor activity, target customer groups and product positioning.

For this position, you'll need the following:

* Experience in a similar Marketing role.
* Excellent technology skills, Excel and PowerPoint a must.
* Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite - desirable but not essential.
* Knowledge of managing social media channels.
* Brand planning experience.
* HND or degree educated.
* A Driving Licence, valid to drive in the UK to trade shows for example.
* A valid Passport* as some European travel may be necessary for external events, trade shows, meetings, conferences, etc.
