Thier advanced CNC machining capabilities and committed machinists supports leading Motorsport, Automotive OEM’s and Defence customers globally with prototype components through to low volume production. The  machine shop incorporates the latest 5 axis machining technology produce the complex machined cast components in aluminium, stainless steel and iron materials.

To support our workload and work within machining team, we have excellent opportunities for an experienced 5 axis CNC machinists.

The Role:

Machine aluminium, iron and stainless-steel castings to a high quality.

-Programming, Setting and operating on 5 axis machining centres. You will be able to create and edit machine programs on Mazatrol and or Heidenheim controls.

Inspect your machining with handheld measurement tools including Height Gauges, Vernier’s, and Bore Mics. 

Person 

 You will ideally be apprentice trained or time machinists and have a minimum of 5 years CNC machining experience complex components.

You must have experience working primarily with Mazak and/or Heidenheim controls and programming using Mazatrol with any other Offline CAM programming experience beneficial.

Proven experience setting and machining iron and steel castings on 5 axis machining centres.

Competent to use handheld measurement tools including eight Gauges, Vernier’s, and Bore Mics. We would be interested if you have CMM inspection experience.

You must be able to work in a fast-paced environment as part of a team and have the flexibility to be prepared to support our customers’ demands when needed
