Premier Work Support have an exciting opportunity for a temporary Branch Support Administrator to join a fun, busy team based in Dartford. This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious and driven individual who is looking to take their first step into recruitment.
The role:
As a Branch Support Administrator, you will undertake a variety of customer facing recruitment responsibilities which incorporates all aspects of the recruitment process. You will be involved in assisting individuals find work. This will involve resourcing, screening, and interviewing prospective job applicants.
You will not require any specific experience within recruitment, as you will receive extensive on-the-job training, development, and mentoring. However, you will have sound experience dealing with sales and delivering exceptional levels of customer service. You will naturally have a positive outlook, when facing problems. You will also enjoy challenges and thrive under pressure.
Key Skills Required:
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal with a polite telephone manner
* Logical with good numeric and English language skills
* Be efficient and organised with a "can-do" attitude.
* IT Literate, competent use of Word and Excel

You will be working Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:30pm. Additionally we operate an 'out of hours service' so you will be required to cover an on-call phone on a rotating basis.
