We are currently working with a leading manufacturer.

Due to ongoing growth, they are currently seeking a part-time Bookkeeper to join their established team based in Aylesford.

The Bookkeeper will primarily be responsible for managing accounts payable, in addition to assisting the HR department with weekly and monthly payroll tasks, providing financial reports to the MD, and handling export commercial invoices.

Responsibilities will include:

Manage accounts payable
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
Process and reconcile financial transactions
Assist with weekly and monthly payroll
Prepare and provide the MD with financial reports
Handle export commercial invoices
Monitor cash flow
Reconcile bank statements
Assist in preparing and submitting tax returns

The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate:

Previous experience as a Bookkeeper
Proficiency in Sage Line 50
Solid knowledge of accounting principles and practices
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent organisation and time management skills
Familiarity with export commercial invoices
Knowledge of payroll processing and tax regulations

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing business on a part-time basis. Hours for this role will be 20 per week, which can be worked across any day - start and finish times are flexible.
