This is a great opportunity for someone to join our team delivering our service in east Kent that supports people who need some extra help to achieve their personal goals and improve wellbeing.

As a Wellbeing Coordinator, you will help process and triage referrals, assess need, and respond to enquiries by phone and email. You’ll provide information, advice and signposting guidance to connect people to local opportunities and activities.

It's essential that you are confident speaking to clients, family members and professionals, able to manage calls efficiently, and collate information in a timely manner while inputting information on to our case management system. You will also research and gather information about activities and organisations to ensure the service is well informed and meets needs.

Applicants should have excellent communication and data entry skills, and be confident using IT, ideally with experience of using databases. Knowledge of local services and experience of working in an office environment would be an advantage.

This is an office-based part-time 9-month fixed term contract, with potential for a 3-month extension. The office is based in Mersham, near Ashford, which is a rural location.
