ESM Ltd require a labourer/cleaner to clean and maintain areas within our busy workshop facility on the Eurolink in Sittingbourne, Kent. Duties will include:

• Sweeping up the factory floor and machine shop
• Bagging of generated waste
• Changing of waste disposal bags and bins
• Cleaning and maintenance of kitchen area, rest room, toilets, reception and office
• Loading and unloading of vehicles
• Removal of items from storage
• Assisting with moving items around the works
• Providing refreshments (tea and coffee) for the team

We have a great team of friendly and skilled tradespeople and work on some wonderful projects. This a fantastic opportunity to play a small part in our success by providing an environment within which work standards can be maintained.

An ideal candidate would be physically fit, pro-active, have high standards of work and cleanliness, and be a great team player. The flexibility to work additional hours when necessary in busy period would be a plus

Core Hours of work are 8am - 4.30pm Mon to Friday with some opportunity for overtime (@ O/T rate)

A part time option would be considered.

This role would suit someone starting out, perhaps looking to grow their role into a skilled labourer in our industry, or someone seeking routine and looking for a less physical role than construction labouring, in a purely workshop environment.
