Parts Sales Coordinator
Up to £30075.24 per annum + + Benefits

Salary: £30,075.24 (£14.83 per hour)
Hours: 39 hours per week
(Some travel is required - So must have access to a car and have a full driving licence)
My client is looking for an experienced Parts Sales Coordinator to join their growing team.
You will be required to deliver excellent customer service and ensure customer Parts requirements are met in an efficient and timely manner.
Main Tasks:
- Receiving incoming calls and identifying the relevant parts, advising the customer of the
cost and availability.
- Deliver a responsive customer-focused front-line service, that deals with incoming
orders and queries by providing a high-quality of information and advice service to both
external and internal customers.
- Achieve a high level of support to the customer to ensure minimum downtime for
customers' vehicles
- Act as the first point of call for our customers, and answer the telephone in a
professional and caring manner.
- To distribute parts to customers, ensuring the accuracy and quality demanded by the
customer are met.
- Ensure that distribution deadlines are achieved and that all documentation is
completed to a high standard.
- As appropriate and when required answering customer telephone enquiries, dealing
with electronic enquiries and serving on the counter as necessary.
- Identifying, picking and packing parts orders for customers. Checking that packaging is
"fit for purpose", is in good condition and not damaged in any way.
- Arrange for delivery and shipment of parts as required, using the most efficient method
of dispatch.
- Prepare and cost part invoices.
- To liaise with service office staff to obtain relevant parts for service jobs, avoiding
delays and enabling engineers to keep customer vehicles on the road.
- Ensure that goods are stored safely and efficiently in appropriate shelving or in
containers.
- Where trained, use the forklift to manoeuvre goods, safely and efficiently.
- Assist with stock checks and the annual stock take.
- Carry out general clerical office tasks, including post, printing, photocopying and scanning
