Your new company
My client, a SME Manufacturing business based in Mid-Kent. They are looking for a finance manager to provide financial management information for the businesses and ensures the businesses complies with their statutory financial responsibilities as well as protecting and progressing the companies' growth in UK and International markets.

Your new role

* Preparation of monthly management accounts
* Analysis of financial results for the management team, development of key performance indicators. Investigating variances and monitoring results against budget
* Hands-on management of balance sheets and supporting reconciliations
* Maintenance of short term cashflow forecasts and management of cashflow on a day-to-day basis
* Preparation and monitoring of the annual budget in conjunction with the senior management team
* Potentially oversee the preparation of monthly payroll and ensure compliance with all matters relating to payroll, including pensions
* Preparation of VAT returns
* Attend senior management meetings
* Review stock entries and balances with warehouse manager

What you'll need to succeed

* Ideally Qualified Accountant (QBE Candidates will be considered)
* SME Experience
* Extensive management accounts experience

What you'll get in return
The Finance Manager is paying circa £55,000 + other benefits and has the opportunity to go permanent.
