Are you a skilled CAD Design Engineer seeking an exciting opportunity to contribute to the development and growth of a market leading organisation? Do you have experience using SolidWorks? Then look no further! Our client based in Tonbridge is currently seeking a talented and motivated CAD Design Engineer to join their team.

Duties include:
• Collaborating with the engineering team to understand project requirements and objectives.
• Create detailed CAD models and drawings using industry-standard software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, etc).
• Ensure designs adhere to technical specifications, safety standards, and applicable regulations.
• Conduct design reviews and provide input for continuous improvement.
• Identify and resolve design issues and recommend innovative solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of designs into final products.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices in CAD design.
• Participate in project planning, estimation, and scheduling activities.

The successful candidate will have / be:
• Proven experience as a CAD Design Engineer or similar role involving CAD.
• Proficiency in CAD software, specifically AutoCAD and SolidWorks.
• Strong understanding of engineering principles and practices.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
