Finance Business Partner | Kent/Hybrid | £35k - £45k

This is a great opportunity for an ambitious part qualified/finalist/newly qualified Finance Business Partner, to join an expanding services business who have adopted a hybrid working style. In this role you will take a lead on preparing the management accounts for several group businesses, as well as supporting and influencing the operational team to ensure that they get the information and advice that they need.

Responsibilities will include:
• Balance Sheet Reconciliations and investigations
• Budgeting - Assist in the production of any annual budget and periodic forecasting
• Provide management reporting for decision-making, including project appraisal, evaluation and post-implementation analysis
• Handle debtors and creditors and resolve queries as necessary
• Involvement in compliance aspects of the business
• Variance Analysis
• Liaising with all departments on forecasts and variances
• Product Pricing Maintenance- Oversee production and reporting of client referral, rebate, and commission schemes - Maintain pricing and rebating for all products and as per client agreements
• Product Development (along with IT)
• Regular and Ad Hoc Reporting (Crystal Reports, SOL and Excel as tools) including trend analysis and impact analysis
• VAT processing
• Assist in any audits where required
• Assisting with Financial Accounting wherever required

What you will need
• Minimum Part-Qualified accountant (e.g., CIMA, ACCA/ACA)
• Experience of budgeting
• Strong communication skills
• Team player with a proven - Track Record in Finance Business Partnering.
• Ability to work with a multi-discipline group.
• Excellent IT skills particularly - Advanced Microsoft Excel
• Highly analytical, with an ability to solve complex problems and with a high level of commercial acumen.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and influencing skills with the ability to build strong relationships and communicate effectively to explain financial concepts to non-finance people.
• Robust with an ability to remain motivated in a challenging environment.
