Team Administrator
FTC (Up to 12 months)
Monday – Friday, 35 hours a week
Kings Hill (Hybrid working)
£30,000 per annum
An exciting opportunity has become available for a Team Administrator to join our client, a successful and diverse organisation, located in Mid Kent.

Working within this pro-active team, the ideal candidate would be motivated, driven and must have a can-do work ethic!

Duties for this role include:
• Working alongside SMT scheduling meetings, taking minutes for meetings, writing action plans, and following up accordingly
• Working alongside the Director supporting with preparing presentations, producing reports, raising important issues so they can be resolved accordingly
• Extensive diary management, including booking appointments and arranging travel
• Email and telephone correspondence
• Responding to enquiries from internal and external parties
• Collecting management information and documenting accurately onto the correct databases
• Paper and documentation management, including processing invoices and supporting training and recruitment
• Ad hoc administrative duties as and when required
The successful candidate for this role will have/ be:
• Computer literate with a strong knowledge of MS Software including, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook
• Previous experience working within an administrative role
• Experienced taking minutes for meetings and coordinating meetings
• Experienced in diary management
• Able to work well independently and use your own initiative
• Problem solving skills
• Able to work well under pressure and adhere to tight deadlines
• Able to build and maintain relationships with internal and external parties
• Excellent communicational skills both written and verbal
• Organised and methodical
• Flexible and reliable (Due to flexible working arrangements)
