Helen at ME Recruits has an exciting opportunity for an Account Handler to become part of their friendly and welcoming team. With their nine offices strategically located in London and the South East, they have established themselves as a leader in serving exclusive corporate clients.

If you are a first-class communicator, have strong administration skills, and are passionate about providing exceptional service to clients, this role is perfect for you.

Responsibilities:
As an Account Handler, you will work closely with their expert Senior Account Handlers and Account Executives to provide outstanding support to our valued clients. Your responsibilities will include:
• Focusing entirely on the support needs of your clients, with exceptional customer service as your top priority.
• Creating renewal documents, handling mid-term adjustments, and designing new quotes for customers.
• Recording client details accurately and efficiently using Acturis for audit purposes.
• Ensuring timely placement of cover and meeting client needs through excellent organization and time management skills.
• Handling insurer queries, assisting clients with policy-related inquiries, and liaising with insurers for changes and new terms.
• Managing account queries, credit control matters, and preparing invoices and other documentation.
• Adhering to legal and regulatory policies while maintaining AJG Professional Standards Manual guidelines.

Requirements:
To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
• Strong administration skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
• Exceptional time management abilities and the ability to multitask effectively.
• A practical and proactive mindset, with a problem-solving approach.

Location: Kings Hill.
Salary: £21,000 - £22,000.
Working Hours: 9am – 5pm with flexibility.
Additional Information: Hybrid work model – 3 days office-based and 2 days working from home.
