We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as our CDD Team Manager for Charities Aid Foundation (CAF). You will be an integral part of our award winning team, leading a technical team who undertake due diligence checks on customers and donors, including transaction monitoring

As our CDD Team Manager your key responsibilities will include:
• Full line management responsibility for up to 14 staff including objective setting, performance appraisals, coaching, training and development
• Work with the Head of Customer Due Diligence to ensure strong SLAs are in place and achieved to improve value, and reduce risk to CAF and its customers
• Ensure all due diligence checks including transaction monitoring processes are completed accurately
• Be a subject matter expert, providing technical advice and guidance to customers and colleagues at all levels within CAF

Skills required of our CDD Team Manager:
• Knowledge of JMLSG, AML and CTF guidance and regulation, in relation to all aspects of customer due diligence
• Strong experience of leading and managing teams of experts in CDD/KYC
• Ability to communicate with confidence to all levels of internal and external customers and stakeholders
