They are currently seeking a talented individual to join their dynamic, hardworking team of professionals in a rewarding, stimulating, and flexible role.

Qualifications and Skills
To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience in a similar position, preferably in a senior administration or office management role. Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills, combined with sensitivity and professionalism, will enable you to effectively engage with our clients both over the phone and in person. Strong organisational and time-management skills are also crucial for ensuring the smooth daily running of our business. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, is essential, as is experience in managing a website, utilising social media platforms etc.

Responsibilities

As Office Manager, you will play a vital role in supporting and assisting the company’s four partners in maintaining the seamless operation of their business. Your responsibilities will include:
Facilitating effective communication by managing all incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and phone calls, from prospective and current clients.
Efficiently organising and maintaining the team's calendars, ensuring accurate scheduling and timely arrangement of appointments.
Coordinating invoicing and payment processes, handling approximately 15-20 invoices per week with meticulous attention to detail.
Compiling and preparing various correspondence and documents as instructed, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
Skillfully managing diaries and schedules, optimising time management and prioritisation for seamless operations.
Ensuring a well-maintained office environment by overseeing supplies and promptly addressing any maintenance or procurement needs.
Assisting with diverse ad hoc projects, events, and additional administrative tasks as they arise, showcasing adaptability and versatility.
Regularly updating our company website and occasionally overseeing social media channels, maintaining an engaging online presence aligned with our brand.

Location: Tunbridge Wells – Hybrid- flexibility to work both remotely and from the Tunbridge Wells office.
Salary: The salary for this position is up to £30,000 per annum, pro rata, based on experience.
Hours: The role offers up to a 30-hour week, Monday to Friday, with approximately 6 hours per day and flexibility
Additional information: As this is a hybrid position, and the successful candidate must be able to commute to Tunbridge Wells.
