Telesales Executive

£22,000 - £25,000 + commission (OTE £32,500 +), Burgess Hill, Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm, Parking, Pension, 22days hol + Bank Holidays, Team Events



The Role

We are delighted to be supporting our client, a wonderful local magazine, in their search for an experienced Telesales Executive to join their small, primarily office-based, media and advertising sales team. Working as part of a team of three, you will have responsibility for a geographical area of clients and be expected to foster relationships with businesses with the aim of selling media and advertising services.

* Outbound calls to new and existing clients from an extensive database
* Researching and prospecting new leads
* Establishing rapport and building relationships with new and existing clients
* Talking through the products and services with customers and ultimately securing one off and repeat business



Requirements

To be successful in the role of Telesales Executive, previous experience in an outbound environment selling to B2C or B2B customers is highly desired. Exposure to media or advertising sales would also be very useful. The team you would be working in is a driven, positive and resilient team, so they would like to add another person with a similar mindset to compliment this. The role could suit someone with experience as a Sales Executive, Business Developer or Internal Sales.
