Customer Service Administrator

£11 per hour, Ditchling (own transport required) Monday to Friday, 9am - 1pm, Temporary, weekly pay, pension, holiday pay.



The Role

A great opportunity for a Temporary Customer Service Administrator has arisen with our client, an award-winning vineyard in rural Mid Sussex. Working as part of a team, this role will be responsible for looking after customers who are placing orders via the ecommerce systems and by phone. You will be taking and processing orders, updating the CMS systems (including the website), undertaking general administrative tasks for their hospitality bookings and events, as well as producing invoices.



Requirements

This role requires the candidate to have good experience in administration and office based customer service positions. You will have great attention to detail and a strong capability in using IT systems. It is essential you are available immediately and can commit for several weeks. You will need access to your own transport due to the rural location.
