Accounts Assistants

£24,000 - £25,000, Burgess Hill, Monday to Friday 9am - 5:30pm, 20 days holiday + bank holidays, pension, birthday off, Perkbox



The Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Accounts Assistant to join an award-winning block management and estate agency in Burgess Hill. Working as part of an experienced Finance Team, you will be managing your own portfolio of client properties in a day-to-day capacity. Your role will include:

* Maintaining Purchase Ledgers
* Reconciling bank accounts
* Generating and sending out service invoices
* Assisting with preparing of budgets
* Paying suppliers
* Assisting with debtors and credit control





Requirements

The successful Accounts Assistant will have experience in a busy accounts role, and it would particularly suit someone who has maybe dabbled in Accountancy practice but who would like to move into an industry role. Either Level 2 + AAT or time served experience is required for this position. Experience in the Property sector is desirable, however not essential as full training on the nuances of the industry will be provided. What is most important is that you are an organised, proactive individual looking for a busy role to get your teeth into. This role would suit someone who has worked as a Finance Assistant or an Accounts Administrator or Finance Administrator.
