OFFICE MANAGER/ACCOUNTS ADMINISTRATOR - Part time
3-4 days per week - 9-5pm. Salary £21000 for 3 days or £28000 for 4 days
You will be joining a small busy team within an established business knowledge within the construction industry helpful but not essential able to use SAGE or similar Account system – ability to produce and up - date spreadsheets, reporting to Senior Manager and Director. This will be a varied role requiring someone to multi task and maintain a flexible approach
General Accounts Duties :-
Dealing with supplier invoices including input onto Sage Accounts Software.Supplier payment preparation ready for checking and authorisation by Accounts Manager.Dealing with supplier invoices and statements including reconciliationWaiting time calculations for suppliers/monthly statisticsEntering Sales invoices onto daily spreadsheet and Sage job costing softwareDeal with CIS statements to SubcontractorsProduction of retention Invoices and backup paperworkChasing unpaid retention
General Office Duties :-
Stationery/Office facility requirementsDeal with general employment Contracts/Personnel filesEmployee Holiday registerMonthly CIS returns
