Together we are recruiting for an exciting opportunity for a Resident Liaison Officer for their Sittingbourne Office.

You'll be the main point of contact for residents in the delivery of estate services, planned re-investment and maintenance works and projects. You'll confidently liaise with residents in the shaping of services and identifying their requirements, while managing complaints and analysing customer satisfaction and feedback.

This role is being offered on a 6-month fixed term contract/secondment working 35 hours per week. You'll be given the opportunity to work from home 2-3 days a week, and the remaining days from the Sittingbourne office.


What you'll need to succeed
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively both orally and in written reports.
* The ability to communicate answers and solutions confidently to customers/colleagues face to face, by phone and by writing in customer friendly language.
* The ability to establish appropriate working relationships with contractors and other staff.
* Strong negotiating and influencing skills, with the ability to be persuasive and diplomatic while remaining independent.
* The ability to empathise with customers and listen carefully.
* The ability to manage a flexible and demanding workload to meet agreed targets and deadlines* Previous experience of working in an Asset management/Property function
* Experience of facilitation of resident involvement forums and focus groups.
* Good communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build and sustain effective relationships with key stakeholders
