Your new role
In your new English teaching job you will enjoy working within a secondary school situated in the Medway. You will teach KS3 and KS4 English You will be responsible for developing the students and guiding them on ways to improve. You will plan and prepare lessons, as well as marking.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to be a Secondary English Teacher you will need to be a fully Qualified Teacher or an NQT. You will need to be a creative and positive teacher who is able to embrace new surroundings and situations, whilst demonstrating a professional manor at all times. You will have strong classroom management skills with the ability to adapt to unfamiliar plans and timetables. It is imperative that you have good communication skills as this is crucial when speaking to other members of staff and people in the school.
