Materials Handler

Maidstone (outskirts, must be a driver with own transport – parking on site)

Monday - Friday, Full time, Permanent (no hybrid working due to nature of the role)

Duties include:

Working methodically as part of a team to ensure the accurate picking and packing of materials in accordance with processes and SLAs
Processing orders within a distribution environment, including accurate recording of this
Pro-actively supporting the wider team to update on missing or low levels of stock
Being responsible for accurate physical stock checks and replenishments
Organising stock
Working collaboratively as part of a team, offering a calm head
Being the physical contributor to the

You will have / be:

A professional, calm and confident candidate, with a proactive and methodical approach
Happy to follow daily processes, carry out tasks consistently to a high standard with a high level of accuracy
Enjoy working in an environment where you know what needs to be done daily, and excel in a routine
Experience in a similar distribution-based role
The ability to use IT systems
Good communication skills
The ability to work in a team and follow instructions
Educated to a good standard – GCSE Maths and English at Grade 4/C as a minimum (or equivalent)
Well presented with high personal standards
