A Test Manager job in Brighton with hybrid working for £59K + Unrivalled Benefits

Your new company

The Pensions Regulator, which is situated in Brighton, East Sussex, requires an experienced Test Manager to lead and develop a team of Test Analysts and Test Engineers. Whilst the role is initially signed off for 1 year, it is likely to be required for longer. Its is however, a salaried position with a starting salary of up to £59,500 and it NOT available on a day rate. The advantage being that full employee benefits will apply.


Your new role

Your team will comprise of between 6 and 10 Test Specialists, and will require your people management expertise in duties such as setting and reviewing work objectives, 1-2-1 coaching support, and performance appraisals.

In addition, and as a Lead Test Specialist yourself, you will be experienced in managing multiple application and project workstreams and who has an expert ('practitioner' level) understanding of functional testing and a good awareness and hands on approach to non-functional testing ('awareness' level).

Experience working with Microsoft Azure DevOps and specifically D365 products for required working on monthly releases would be advantageous.

This role will largely be remote working, but does include a mandatory requirement to work in the Brighton offices for a minimum of 4 days per month. Therefore, applications can only be accepted from candidates commutable to Brighton and are committed to working in the office on average 1 day per week.
