Part time role 29 hours over 3 days a week! Working Thursday, Friday, Saturday. You will have 4 days of freedom to study, have leisure etc.....

Responding to home emergency requests you will have a calming and reassuring manor to support the customer, provide information, reassurance and create next actions. You will remain calm under pressure and enjoy talking to people.

Initial training will be over a 3 week period to ensure you feel fully competent to provide the support.
